Bridgepoint

He joined Hermes Private Equity as founder and chief executive in April 2002.  Prior to Hermes Private Equity he had been at Bridgepoint from 1990 to 2002 where he headed up its then UK regional offices and subsequently had joint responsibility for fund-raising.  Prior to Bridgepoint Rod was with 3i for nine years - in the UK from 1981 to 1986, and Boston, USA from 1986 to 1990.  Rod obtained an MBA from London Business School in 1981 and a B. Pharm from Nottingham University in 1978.
